On the 20th of December, at 6pm, a public debate on 'Authoritarianism nowadays' will take place in the Press Club (Minsk, Charužaj street 3/601). The debate will be dedicated to the memory of the late Vitali Silitski, the first BISS director, and his intellectual heritage.
