Holds Master's degree in European Studies at Aarhus University (Denmark) and Bachelor's degree in Political science from European Humanities University (Lithuania). She has previously completed an Internship at the Eastern Europe Studies Centre (Lithuania), and held a scholarship from the Open Society Foundation (USA).
Research Interests: international relations, foreign policy of the EU, foreign policy of Belarus, international and European security, energy security, social security.
Viktoriya has been working at the BISS since September 2013.
