BISS analyst Andrei Yeliseyeu completed a month-long internship at the Finnish Institute of International Affairs (FIIA) from 1 to 31 August 2013.
During his stay at FIIA, Andrei examined the specific features of small border traffic between the EU member states and their Eastern European neighbors.
Applicants for the internship were selected by FIIA officials and Lithuania’s Eastern Europe Studies Centre (EESC) as part of the program “Raising the Expertise of Grassroots Level Researchers in Belarus”.
