On May 7, 2018, the presentation of the new BISS programme "Value Transformation" took place at the Polish Embassy in the Republic of Belarus. The programme was resented by Piotr Rudkouski (BISS director), Andrei Lavrukhin (BISS analyst) and Vadim Mojeiko (a Liberal Club expert). During the meeting, some topical issues of the Belarusian public and political life were also touched upon, such as "soft Belarusanization", Belarusian-Russian relations, etc.
The meeting was attended by Michal Chabros (Chargé d'Affaires of the Embassy) and Marcin Wojciechowski (First Counselor) among others.
