BISS analyst Andrei Yeliseyeu took part in the international scientific conference "Local border traffic at the Poland's section of the EU's external borders" on October, 21-22. The conference was held at the Faculty of Law of the University of Białystok.
Andrei Yeliseyeu presented the report, titled "Challenges for the local border traffic regime between Belarus and Poland". Representatives of the Poland's Customs and Border Protection bodies, outstanding Russia's and Poland's law experts took part at the conference.
