Critical thinking: the presentation of online lectures

Belarusian Institute for Strategic Studies (BISS) in partnership with the Center for Belarusian Solidarity (Warsaw), is launching a series of lectures “Be critical! Critical Thinking for Ambitious Belarusians”.

The lectures will take place every Thursday during July and August 2021.

Lecturer: Piotr Rudkoŭski, PhD, Academic Director of BISS and philosopher

The presentation will also feature:

  • Daiva Penkauskienė, PhD, Director of Modern Didactics Center (Vilnius, Lithuania), lecturer at the Mykolas Romeris University;
  • Mikhail Doroshevich (tbc), Executive Director of the Baltic Internet Policy Initiative, co-founder of Digital Skills Coalition Belarus;
  • Andrei Laurukhin, PhDSenior Analyst at BISS, one of the developers of the curriculum on critical thinking for the HSE University (St. Petersburg).

Moderators: Vadim Mojeiko (BISS) and Anton Ruliou (Belarus in Focus/Press Club Belarus).

Working languages: Belarusian and Russian with simultaneous interpretation into English

The presentation will take place on Zoom, and there will also be a broadcast on YouTube.
